Common questions
My Edge subscription is not activating after purchase.

First, try the Restore Purchases option inside the App (Settings › Restore). If that doesn't work, force-quit and reopen the App. If Edge still isn't active, email us with your Apple ID region (not your address) and the date of purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › 21 Pro › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

I bought Lifetime — why is Edge not showing as active?

Use Restore Purchases in the App. Lifetime purchases restore just like subscriptions. If it still doesn't activate, email us and include your country and approximate purchase date.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the 21 Pro purchase. Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.

I found a bug in the strategy chart or card counting logic.

Email us with the specific hand: your cards, dealer upcard, and what the App suggested vs. what you expected. Include the rule variant (H17/S17) and deck count if you changed them. These reports are taken seriously.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Most data in 21 Pro is stored locally on your device — deleting the App removes it. For data held by third-party services (PostHog, RevenueCat, Crashlytics), email us with the subject "Privacy Request — Data Deletion." See our Privacy Policy for full details.
