21 Pro is an educational strategy trainer. No real money is involved, and we do not require you to create an account. This policy explains what data is collected through the app and its third-party services, and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal information through 21 Pro itself. The following data is collected through third-party SDKs integrated into the app:

Usage analytics (PostHog): Anonymized event data including feature usage, session interactions, screen navigation, and gameplay actions. PostHog may collect device type, OS version, and app version to provide this service.
Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): Diagnostic information generated when the app crashes, including device model, iOS version, app version, and stack trace data. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.
Purchase management (RevenueCat): Subscription status, purchase history, and entitlement data associated with your Apple App Store account. RevenueCat does not collect payment information directly; all billing is handled by Apple.
Advertising (Google AdMob, free tier only): If you use the free tier, AdMob serves rewarded ads and may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) and usage data. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Edge subscribers do not see ads and are not subject to AdMob data collection.

How We Use This Information

Data collected is used to:

Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
Understand which features are used most and prioritize development
Manage your subscription and restore purchases
Serve rewarded advertisements to free-tier users

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those described here.

21 Pro integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Data Retention and Deletion

Analytics and crash data is retained according to the policies of the respective third-party providers. Because we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot fulfill deletion requests tied to a specific identity. If you have concerns about data held by a specific provider, you may contact them directly.

Deleting the app from your device removes locally stored game data (save files, progress). Subscription records held by RevenueCat and Apple are governed by their respective policies.

Children’s Privacy

21 Pro is rated 17+ on the App Store due to simulated gambling themes. The app is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
